With Uganda as Africa's leading coffee exporter, the shop became one of the most visible Ugandan brands in Japan, serving thousands at Expo 2025 Osaka's PANAF African Dining Hall.
We now operate across Yamaguchi, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Kobe, with a roadmap to Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Sapporo.
Our portfolio includes single-origin beans and drip bags, innovative beverages like coffee beer and vanilla ale, and Ugandan agro-products such as dried fruits, tooke flour, and vanilla.

KUMBA is a Japan-registered Africa–Japan integration company headquartered in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, with operational presence in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Kobe.
Founded in 2019 by Ugandan professionals with deep institutional ties in Japan, KUMBA bridges development, trade, education, culture, and tourism between the two regions.
